Terms of Use

These terms are written in the masculine for convenience only and apply equally to women and men. For the privacy policy, see the “Privacy policy” section at the bottom of this page.

Introduction

1. The website digital-pro-il.com (the “Site”) offers digital profiles, digital business cards, mini websites and local SEO services for tradespeople, independents and businesses. It is operated under the trade name “Digital-Pro IL” by [name of the sole proprietor – osek patur registered in Netanya] (the “Provider”).
2. Using the Site, ordering a service and using the services offered constitute acceptance of all sections of these terms.
3. The Provider may change these terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on the Site.

Intellectual property

4. The Site and its content (design, code, trademarks, logos, texts, images, videos, graphics and files) are the exclusive property of the Provider, unless stated otherwise, and may not be used without its prior written permission.
5. It is forbidden to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, imitate or rework any code, graphic, video, trademark or other content without prior written permission.

Site content and availability

6. We do our best to keep the Site available at all times. Because of technical problems, third-party failures or other factors, access may be interrupted; no compensation will be due for any service interruption.
7. Links to external sites are not a guarantee that those sites are safe, of good quality or reliable; visiting them is at your sole responsibility.

Responsibility of customers and users

8. The customer declares that he is at least 18 years old, has a valid e-mail address and, for any payment, uses a payment method of which he is the holder.
9. The customer is solely responsible for the information, texts, photos and logos he provides for his profile. He undertakes to provide only content he holds the rights to and that complies with Israeli law: no unlawful, pornographic, gambling-related or defamatory content, no content infringing third-party rights and no viruses.
10. The Provider may, at its sole discretion, remove or block any non-compliant content and suspend or restrict a user's access. The customer undertakes to keep a copy of his own information.
11. The customer undertakes to indemnify the Provider for any damage, cost and legal fees resulting from content he supplied or from a breach of these terms.

Services, prices and payment

12. The main services are: the Digital Pro IL Profile (monthly subscription, currently ₪200 + VAT per month) and the Digital Pro IL Card (static digital business card, currently ₪500 + VAT per year). Prices exclude VAT; the applicable VAT is added to the displayed amount. Prices may change; the price that applies is the one shown when you order.
13. Payment is made online on the secure page of our payment provider. We neither see nor store card details. A receipt or invoice is sent by e-mail.
14. The Provider endeavours to put the product online within about 7 business days (Sunday to Thursday, excluding public holidays) after receiving payment and all necessary materials (texts, photos, logo). A delivery delay does not entitle you to any compensation.
15. The product is considered delivered upon its first publication. Corrections requested within 14 days of delivery are included; beyond that, they may be billed as additional work. Designing a logo or an image is a separate service, billed separately.
16. The customer may request updates to his profile (hours, photos, offers); their scope depends on the chosen plan. Updates are carried out by the Provider.

Cancellation and refunds

17. No minimum commitment. The customer may cancel at any time by e-mail to info@digital-pro-il.com; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid and no pro-rata refund is made.
18. The cancellation right provided by Israeli consumer protection law remains applicable where the law so requires. The Provider may retain the fees permitted by law and the cost of work already carried out.
19. If the customer fails to make a payment due, the Provider may suspend the service. After the subscription ends or is not renewed, the profile may be blocked or permanently deleted, and the customer may not raise any claim.

Domain, SEO and results

20. Profiles and cards are hosted on the Provider's servers. Using a personal domain name (redirection) is a separate service, not included in the price of other services; a redirection update may cause temporary unavailability.
21. The Provider applies good local-SEO practices but does not guarantee any particular ranking on Google, Google Maps or any other engine, nor any number of visits, enquiries or sales: the algorithms belong to third parties.
22. The Provider may display “Created by Digital Pro IL” (text and link) at the bottom of the profile and may use the work created for its customers as references in its portfolio and communication materials.
23. The Provider may contact the customer by e-mail, WhatsApp or phone about his order, updates and information on its services; the customer may ask to stop receiving promotional messages at any time.

Limitation of liability

24. To the extent permitted by law, the Provider is not liable for direct or indirect damage, including loss of revenue or profit, arising from use of the Site, profiles or services, nor for content entered by users and visitors (reliability, accuracy, effects).
25. The Provider may block any user's access to the Site, notably by IP address or country, without having to justify its decision. No information is guaranteed against unauthorised access; the Provider applies reasonable protective measures.

Support, contact and governing law

26. Support is provided by e-mail (info@digital-pro-il.com) and WhatsApp. The contact details appear at the bottom of every page of the Site.
27. These terms are governed by Israeli law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the city of Netanya.

Privacy policy

Digital-Pro IL respects the privacy of the Site's users and takes reasonable security measures to protect the personal information entrusted to it, in accordance with Israeli privacy-protection law.

Information collected

• Name, e-mail, phone number, business name and message that you send us voluntarily (forms, orders, WhatsApp).
• IP address, device information (browser, system, resolution) and usage data (pages viewed, duration, actions), as well as anonymous identifiers (cookies) for statistical purposes.
• Requests entered in the form of a digital profile or business card may be stored in our databases and forwarded to the profile owner so that he can answer your request. They are not used for other purposes unless required by law.

Use of information

• Provide the service and support, answer requests and follow up on orders.
• Ensure the security of the Site, prevent abuse, improve the services and measure audience.

Storage and security

Personal data are kept in our databases, protected by reasonable security measures, for as long as needed for the purposes for which they were collected.

Sharing with third parties

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share it with:

• audience-measurement tools such as Google Analytics (generally anonymous data, for statistical purposes); information: https://policies.google.com/privacy
• technical providers that make the Site work (hosting, e-mail, secure payment);
• the authorities, where required by a court order or by law.

Cookies and external links

The Site may use cookies and similar technologies (for example to remember your language or to measure audience). You can refuse or delete them in your browser settings. The Site contains links to third-party sites whose privacy practices we do not control.
